Welcome aboard Martins Touring Coach for departure from Lavington Centro, Griffith Road at 6.45am, Albury Rail 7.00am and Wodonga Plaza, Smythe Street at 7.15am for our mid week three day tour to Melbourne featuring a very special performance of the musical My Fair Lady.

Travel via the Hume Freeway to Euroa for comfort stop and morning tea and then onto Melbourne We have some free time to purchase an early lunch, (passengers own expense) before we arrive at the Regent Theatre for our very special matinee performance of My Fair Lady.

In the show's 60th anniversary year, Opera Australia and John Frost join forces to honour the past and bring the beloved story of Eliza Doolittle and Henry Higgins to a new generation of theatre audiences. In a world first, Dame Julie Andrews will direct a glorious production of My Fair Lady, teaming up with the Tony Award-winning Christopher Gattelli (South Pacific 2012-13) and associates of the musical's original designers, Cecil Beaton and Oliver Smith.

After a truly amazing performance, transfer to motel for check in and prepare for one of the highlights of the tour.  Depart by coach at 5.45pm and spend the evening in style aboard the Colonial Tramcar Restaurant for a unique and unforgettable experience.  Dining is not only a culinary delight, but a trip into a little piece of Victoria’s history.

After a leisurely breakfast, we head to Melbourne’s north western suburbs to enjoy the ultimate in the  “Old World Grace & Charm” of Overnewton Castle for a tour and devonshire tea.  Built by William Taylor in 1849 Overnewton Castle was an elegant family homestead in a Scottish Baronial style set amongst 4 acres of tranquil English gardens.  This piece of history is not to be missed!!

Depart Keilor for your return to Albury stopping enroute for a short break arriving in Wodonga / Albury approximately 5.00pm.
